A selection of turned items for a re-enactment group

for quality, craftsmanship and reliability

WOODTURNING

Stocks for wheels:
If a new stock is required we turn our own in the appropriate wood. New collars are fitted and painted as required.

Park items:
We turn signage posts for parks using suitable hardwood and treat them as required by the client.

Architectural turnings:

We turn architectural items such as balusters and columns.

Historic reenactment items:
A wide variety of these are often asked for and we turn them using appropriate hardwood and give them an oil finish. Swords, axe handles and spears are among items we have turned.

Spars:
We turn spars of 9inch diameter and 30 foot long which are turned on our premises.
These are likely to be made from Sitka spruce or other wood as requested.

Turned cannon parts:
The cascabel and wheels for carriages are turned as part of the requests for rebuilding of cannons and guns.
